Papua New Guinea inventory of natural resources, population distribution and land use : handbook

[摘要] In May 1981 a co-operative research project was commenced between the Papua New Guinea Department of Primary Industry and the CSIRO, Division of Water and Land Resources in Australia to undertake an assessment of the potential of the natural resources of Papua New Guinea for the development of village-based food and cash crop production. During the project, a large database providing an inventory of natural resources, land use, and population distribution has been developed. This handbook explains the derivation and presentation of information in that database.
