Spectral reflectance measurement procedures for soil and powder samples - Manual:001 Version:0.5.3

[摘要] This report entails the procedures used for measuring soil and powder samples using Bruker Vertex 70 and Bruker Vertex 80 FTIRs with a MCT detector attached to a Bruker A562 integrating hemisphere and ASD FieldSpec3 and FieldSpec4 spectroradiometers.The measurements were collected between June 2013 and June 2016 using the two FTIR spectrometers and two FieldSpec Spectroradiometers at the CSIRO laboratories in Kensington, Western Australia. Data, along with metadata, is preferably uploaded to a SPECCHIO (Spectra In Out) database and the CSIRO Data Access Portal (DAP). The procedure for collecting metadata about the measurements is documented in this manual.The procedure for cross calibration of secondary ‘working’ white reference targets with a primary ‘laboratory’ white reference standard, which is kept in pristine condition, is outlined in Appendix A of this document and is based on a CSIRO spectroscopy calibration manual (LauThapar 2015).An associated document was created for QA processing of the data and uploading the collected spectra and metadata to online databases.
