Reflectance Measurement of Soils in the Laboratory: Standards and Protocols

[摘要] This document provides detailed instructions and routines on how to measure soil reflectance in the laboratory in a systematic and accurate manner, in order to reproduce data of high quality.The document presents two standards and two protocols.The protocols are for a contact probe and a fixed geometry spectral measurement assembly and the two standards are white sands from Western Australia.It also provides a method on how to normalise each reflectance measurement to the proposed standard samples.The sand samples are used to check the stability of the measurement set up, and more importantly, to enable the user to exchange with others spectral libraries that were acquired under similar standardised conditions.
