Laboratory protocols for acid sulfate soils

[摘要] This report provides a comprehensive guide to the laboratory analyses of physical and physiochemical properties of acid sulfate soils undertaken by CSIRO Land and Water at Waite Campus in Adelaide to support hazard assessments.It offers detailed laboratory protocols to maximise consistency in the data used to determine soil acidification hazard.In addition to this document, laboratory users should also read and familiarise themselves with the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) for the chemicals used in the procedures and the Safe Working Instructions (SWIs) for the instruments and laboratory equipments.
