Maia GeoPIXE Software: Support for XIA FalconX digital X-ray signal processor data

[摘要] FalconX is a high performance digital signal processor for X-ray detector signals produced by XIA LLC.This report describes the implementation, use and testing of functionality added to GeoPIXE to enable data files produced by FalconX to be read into and analysed with GeoPIXE.
