Maia GeoPIXE Software: The Standards Wizard

[摘要] A technical description and user manual for the Standards Wizard component of the GeoPIXE software. This wizard automates analysis of X-ray fluorescence data collected from chemical element standard samples ('standards') and the inclusion of calculated quantification calibration factors in GeoPIXE.
