Synthesis of CCS social research: Reflections and current state of play in 2013

[摘要] Public acceptance of carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology has been identified as a potential show-stopper for its development and deployment at commercial scale. Over time there has been a huge body of international work to understand and investigate the social factors that influence CCS project deployment. This report aims to synthesize the key findings, recommendations and challenges evidenced throughout this substantial body of work. In particular, the social research reports prepared by CSIRO and their research partners for Global CCS Institute.
