[摘要] Cloud Based Image Analysis and Processing Toolbox provides improved access to CSIRO’s existing biomedical image processing and analysis software packages to research communities via remotely accessible user‐interfaces, the execution of which is carried out on the NeCTAR supported cloud infrastructure. This document is the system administrator manual for the toolkit and provides information relevant to installation and ongoing maintenance of the toolkit.
