Scientific Visualisation project-- FY 2012/13

[摘要] The Water for a Health Country Flagship has invested in several projects over the last few years from which a visualisation of the research output was developed. The short lifecycle of projects and staff movements has meant that information on these visualisations has disappeared.This visualisation project, during financial year 2012/13, was tasked to create a repository of any visualisations created previously that we could find.Secondly, we looked into visualisation frameworks and developing a prototype to visualise the results from Dushmanta Dutta’s flood inundation modelling.We made contact with the visualisation team from Geoscience Australia and adopted their tools to develop the flood visualisation in order to evaluate them, and the underlying technology.
