Position paper on fuel accumulation in savannas

[摘要] This report is provided in fulfilment of a request for services from the Department of the Environment and Energy. The report addresses issues related to the seasonality of fuel accumulation in two new draft savanna fire management methodologies under the Emissions Reduction Fund.
