Why is UTM Needed?

[摘要] This presentation is to provide an overview of NASA's Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Traffic Management research and testing. The content presents the background and need for a UTM system and the concept elements incorporated in the approach. The testing conducted within the project, the architecture, and overall impact of the research is presented as well.
