Effect of Cooling Rate, Thermal Expansion, and Waste Loading on Glass Fracture
[摘要] When waste glass is poured into metal canisters, it fractures, primarily due to temperature gradients induced during cooling. A technique to quantitatively determine the additional glass surface area due to fracture was developed based on this study.
