Pixel Array Detector for Time-Resolved X-ray Science, September 1, 1997 - September 14, 2000

[摘要] Progress on the design, fabrication, testing and assembly of two-layer Pixel Array Detectors (PADs) is described. The PADs are developed for challenging time-resolved X-ray imaging applications at synchrotron radiation X-ray sources.
