[摘要] This document presents guidelines on actions that can be taken by municipal governments to protect public health and safety before, during, and after disruptions to natural gas service. This type of planning and preparation, referred to as ''critical infrastructure assurance,'' gives communities the ability to prevent or reduce serious impacts associated with critical infrastructure disruptions.
