Annual Technical Status Report of the Regulatory Assistance Project: September 2000--September 2001

[摘要] This report summarizes the work in 2001 by the Regulatory Assistance Project (RAP), under contract to the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. This work focused on identifying and removing the regulatory and institutional barriers that keep the full economic value of distributed resources from being realized.
