Kernel Principle Component Analysis of Microarray Data. Final Report

[摘要] Given the limitations in the quantity and quality of gene expression array data, the focus of the research was shifted to development of statistical and computational tools for evaluation and detection of disease susceptibility mutations within a large set of individuals or even an entire population. The diseases that are of particular interest are those with complex etiology, involving interaction of multiple genes and/or environmental factors.
