Food Assistance: Activities and Use of Nonprogram Resources at Six WIC Agencies

[摘要] A letter report issued by the General Accounting Office with an abstract that begins "Pursuant to a legislative requirement, GAO reviewed the activities and use of nonprogram resources at six Special Supplemental Food Program for, Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) agencies, focusing on: (1) ways WIC agencies deliver nutrition services and administer the program; (2) ways staff at WIC agencies allocate their time delivering nutrition services and administering the program; and (3) types of nonprogram resources used by WIC agencies and the extent to which such resources are used to cover the costs of delivering nutrition services."
