This publication complements IAEA Safety Standard No. NS-G-1.2 and Safety Reports Series No. 23 on accident analysis. It provides more detailed information on available methods for analysis of fuel behaviour under accident conditions and provides practical guidance for use of the methods. The publication is written for analysts coordinating, performing or reviewing the analysis of fuel behaviour under accident conditions.
