(p,q,r)-generations of the smallest Conway group Co-3

[摘要] An (l, m, n)-generated group G is a quotient group of the triangle group T(l, m, n) = [x, y, z \ x(l) = y(m) = z(n) = xyz = 1]. In this paper the authors continue the study on the (p, q, r)-generations of the sporadic simple groups, where p, q, r are distinct primes. The problem is resolved for the groups Co-3.
