Cocycle deformations of coordinate rings of quantum matrices

[摘要] A negative answer is given to the natural question whether O-q(GL(n)) the coordinate ring of quantum GL(n) is a cocycle deformation of O(GL(n)). It is shown that this occurs only if q = +/-1. The main results are expressed more generally in terms of two-parameter quantizations O-alpha,O-beta(M(n)). (C) 1997 Academic Press.
