Completely splittable representations of symmetric groups and affine Hecke algebras

[摘要] We study the class of completely splittable representations of the symmetric group and its associated degenerate affine Hecke algebra in positive characteristic, using techniques developed by Okounkov and Vershik for the symmetric group over the complex numbers.
