CHARACTERIZATION OF THE LOCAL LIPSCHITZ CONSTANT

[摘要] A characterization, using polynomials introduced by A. V. Kolushov, is given for the local Lipschitz constant for the best approximation operator in Chebyshev approximation from a Haar set.
