MEAN CONVERGENCE OF HERMITE INTERPOLATION

[摘要] We study weighted mean convergence properties of Hermite interpolation based on the zeros of certain generalized Jacobi polynomials such as necessary and sufficient conditions for such convergence for all continuously differentiable functions, convergence with given order E2n-2(f')/n, and convergence of the differentiated Hermite interpolation process.
