RATE OF CONVERGENCE OF HERMITE-PADE APPROXIMANTS TO A NIKISHIN-TYPE SYSTEM OF ANALYTIC-FUNCTIONS

[摘要] A Nikishin-type system of analytic functions is considered. In 1980, Nikishin proved that if such a system is formed by two functions and the interpolation conditions are equally distributed between them, then convergence of the corresponding Hermite-Pade approximants takes place. We recently extended this result to the case of m functions. Here, we give some estimates on the rate of convergence.
