INVERSE AVERAGE TYPE TETRAHEDRAL FINITE-ELEMENT SCHEMES FOR THE STATIONARY SEMICONDUCTOR-DEVICE EQUATIONS
[摘要] Inverse average type tetrahedral finite-element schemes for the stationary semiconductor device equations are presented. Existence and uniqueness of the solutions of the schemes are proved. Properties of the stiffness matrix are analysed. Error estimates are derived, which depend only on the derivatives of the flux density and on the derivatives of the right-hand side. Finally, a method is proposed for the evaluation of the approximate terminal currents and it is proved that the computed terminal currents are convergent and conservative.
