[摘要] This review paper discusses the following topics: the role of Hageman factor in kallikrein formation; the role of kallikrein in the liberation of kinins from kininogen; the role of kallikreins and keninogens in blood clotting; the improtance of Cl (complement component 1) enterase in the pathogenesis of human hereditary angioneurotic edema; and the interlocking nature of inflammatory and coagulative reactions.
