ON SYMMETRICAL MOORE-GEOMETRIES

[摘要] A generalized Moore geometry is said to be symmetric if the number of points incident on each line equals the number of lines incident on each point. It is shown that the diameter of a non-trivial symmetric Moore geometry can be at most 3. Some remarks are made concerning possible values of the parameters for symmetric Moore geometries of diameters 2 or 3. (C) 1994 Academic Press, Inc.
