DIFFUSION IN NETWORK

[摘要] In this paper we study a diffusion in an orthogonal array of two-dimensional channels as the width of the channels decreases to zero and the number of channels increases to infinity. It is shown that the limit is again a diffusion process and the diffusion coefficients are computed explicitly in terms of the relative sizes of the rectangles surrounded by the channels.
