Robust output feedback constrained controllability of uncertain linear time-varying systems

[摘要] This paper introduces the concept of robust output feedback constrained controllability for a class of linear uncertain systems. The uncertainty in the system is assumed to have a deterministic character and satisfy a certain integral quadratic constraint. A necessary and sufficient condition for robust output feedback controllability is given in terms of the existence of suitable solutions to a Riccati differential equation of the game type and a dynamic programming equation.
