ON THE MAXIMUM MODULUS OF POLYNOMIALS
[摘要] A well-known result of Rivlin states that if p(z) is a polynomial of degree n, such that p(z) not-equal 0 in Absolute value of z < 1, then max(Absolute value of z = r) \p(z)\ greater-than-or-equal-to ((r + 1)/2)n max(Absolute value of z = 1) \p(z)\. In this paper we prove a generalization and refinements of this result. (C) 1994 Academic Press, Inc.
