On the delay independent stabilization of linear neutral systems with limited measurable state variables

[摘要] The delay-independent stabilizability of linear neutral systems with limited measurable state variables is considered. A sufficient condition for the delay-independent stabilizability of linear retarded systems with limited measurable state variables and linear neutral systems with measurable state variables which had been obtained by Amemiya and Ma et al. is proved to be also valid for linear neutral systems with limited measurable state variables.
