LASER IRRADIATION OF THE SKIN
[摘要] The effects of the interaction of laser radiation with skin and subjacent structures appear to be due to several factors, including primary and secondary electromagnetic radiation, mechanical energy and conduction of heat. Differential effects on various tissues suggest that these are due to factors other than thermal. Extensive studies on animals and in vitro biological systems will be required to elucidate mechanisms of interaction, to evaluate hazards, and to provide a basis for clinical investigation of laser devices.
