DEMONSTRATION OF BETA-GLUCURONIDASE IN HUMAN SKIN - A PRELIMINARY REPORT

[摘要] Beta-glucuronidase is easily demonstrable in human epidermis and corium. There is considerably more beta-glucuronidase activity in epidermis than in corium. While one part of the enzyme is easily extractable another part seems to be firmly bound to tissue elements.
