LIVER VITAMIN-A IN DARIERS AND DEVERGIES DISEASES

[摘要] One patient each with Darier''s and Devergie''s disease had normal distr. of liver vit. A as shown by biopsy of this organ. The metabolism of vit. A is considered briefly and it is concluded that, since the defect does not lie in the blood or liver, it must now be sought in the skin and more especially in its epidermis.
