MONOCHROMATIC ULTRAVIOLET-PHOTOGRAPHY IN DERMATOLOGY

[摘要] Monochromatic ultraviolet photograph permits a new visualization of the epidermis. It accentuates differences in melanin pigmentation, and it is ideal for closeup photography of the minute details of skin surface. The equipment required consists of monochromatic UV Interference- or reflectance-filters, a quartz-lens-camera, a broad-spectrum UV-lamp, and UV-image converted (for visualization and focusing), and an electronic Xenonflash unit.
