HISTOCHEMICAL DISTRIBUTION OF ACID PHOSPHATASES IN NORMAL HUMAN SKIN

[摘要] The presence of acid phosphatases in the human skin with fresh frozen sections was demonstrated. Gomori''s, Burton''s and Rutenburg''s histochemical methods were compared. In general, maximal staining occurred in the regions of transition to keratin. The significance of these findings was discussed.
