EPIDERMAL ADENYLATE-CYCLASE SYSTEMS - RETENTION OF HORMONE RESPONSIVENESS AFTER ENZYMATIC SEPARATION OF PURE EPIDERMIS

[摘要] Although it was shown that keratome-sliced pig skin contained active adenylate cyclase systems which responded to various hormones and drugs, unequivocal proof that the epidermis contained these hormone-responsive systems was still lacking. It was shown that pure epidermis obtained after either collagenase or trypsin treatment did contain the hormone-sensitive adenylate cyclase systems.
