EXPERIMENTAL CONTACT DERMATITIS .1. DINITROCHLOROBENZENE CONTACT DERMATITIS IN GUINEA PIGS
[摘要] In the concns. of 5% in acetone, 1% in acetone and 0.1% in petrolatum, dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) acted as a primary irritant to the skin of guinea pigs. No evidence was adduced to either affirm or negate the sensitizing capability of DNCB on the skin of guinea pigs. Small concns. of DNCB on guinea pig skin caused marked acanthosis and intercellular edema while yet greater concns. produced epidermic necrosis.
