THE BIOLOGICAL ASSAY OF POISON IVY EXTRACT

[摘要] Method for assaying poison ivy ex-tracts in sensitized guinea pigs and using a known, pure, im-rnunologically related compound, hydrourushiol, a a stand-ard. The various extracts tested in animals and humans gave the same results expressed as a ratio of the minimal reac-tion dose (unknown standard).
