A SCREENING TEST FOR ANTI-INFLAMMATORY ACTIVITY USING HUMAN SKIN

[摘要] Pustule formation induced by croton oil on human skin is suppressed by prior intradermal injection of corticosteroids. This is the basis of a simple, rapid screening method for detecting agents with anti-inflammatory activity.
