THE EFFECTS OF DRUGS ON THE PROTEIN-BOUND - SH AND S-S GROUPS OF HUMAN SERUM

[摘要] Effects of 5 drugs, para-amino-benzoic acid, sulfanilamide, Gantrisin, 8-methoxypsoralen and atabrine, upon the sulfhydryl and disulfide levels of normal human serum were determined. Effects of UV light irradiation and the combined effects of these drugs and irradiation upon sulfhydryl and disulfide levels were also studied.
