PHOTOALLERGIC CONTACT-DERMATITIS IN GUINEA-PIGS - IMPROVED INDUCTION TECHNIQUE USING FREUNDS COMPLETE ADJUVANT

[摘要] Efforts to predict the incidence of photoallergic contact dermatitis in man are hampered by limitations in the animal. An improved induction technique using Freund''s complete adjuvant in guinea pigs which correlates well with observed clinical experience in man is reported.
