BARBITURATE CONCENTRATIONS IN THE SKIN AND HAIR OF GUINEA PIGS

[摘要] Barbiturate levels in the plasma and skin for phenobarbital, barbital, amytal, pentobarbital and thiopental were detd. by spectrophotometric methods, and their significance discussed. This may serve as a base line study in determining the etiology of dermatitis medicamentosa. Phenobarbital levels were also detd. in the hair of guinea pigs.
