FAILURE OF ACTIVE IMMUNIZATION AGAINST TRICHOPHYTON GYPSEUM INFECTION IN GUINEA PIGS

[摘要] Guinea pigs could not be actively immunized against Trichophyton gypseum infection using the following materials: An immulsion of killed Mycobacterium butyricum plus trichophytin Hoechst in a paraffin oil-Arlacel A mixture; an irradiated suspension of T. gypseum and the supernate from an irradiated suspension of T. gypseum in the above adjuvant mixture; or by trichyphytin Hoechst alone.
