EVALUATION OF ARGINASE ACTIVITY IN NORMAL EPIDERMAL TISSUE AND PATHOLOGICAL STRATUM CORNEUM

[摘要] Determination of arginase activity in normal epidermal tissues from various anatomical sites and from psoriatic lesions revealed a significantly higher activity in psoriatic scales than in normal stratum corneum or in normal epidermal tissues. There were noted also differences in arginase activity of epidermal tissue from various keratin forming areas.
