THE EFFECT OF WASHING WITH SOAP AND WITH A DETERGENT ON THE 4-HOUR SEBACEOUS SECRETION IN THE FOREHEAD

[摘要] A study was made in 25 elderly subjects of the effect of washing with soap and with a detergent on the 4-hr. sebaceous secretion in the central region of the forehead. The expt with each prepn. lasted 4 wks. No significant difference was noted between the lipid secretion values for the periods in which soap and in which detergent were used for washing.
