CHANGES OF THE ELECTROPHORETIC PATTERNS OF THE SERA OF PSORIATICS UNDER VARIOUS FORMS OF THERAPY

[摘要] Estimations were made of beta globulins and beta lipoproteins from about 500 samples on 78 sera from psoriatic patients and normal control subjects. Their values were 20-30% higher in the patients, but this may not be an inherent feature. UV irradiation reduced beta lipoproteins rapidly in both groups, and oral EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetate) therapy produced a similar result in patients.
