SPARK SOURCE-MASS SPECTROGRAPHIC STUDY OF METAL ALLERGENIC SUBSTANCES ON SKIN
[摘要] By spark source mass spectrography it is possible to trace very low concentrations of substances such as Cr, Co and Ni in ethanol extracts of the skin [human]. Cr could be detected in abnormally high concentrations 3 wk after 1 application, while Ni and Co reached background levels after 2-3 wk. Touching a door handle containing Cr leads to a significant rise in the Cr content of the skin. Increased Cr content of the skin was evident in 1 case of wristwatch eczema as well.
