HISTOCHEMICAL LOCALIZATION OF MITOCHONDRIA IN HUMAN SKIN

[摘要] The classical methods and a newer method employing a tetrazolium salt to localize mitochondria histochemically in the human epidermis and its appendages were described. Using the latter technique to locate the succinic dehydrogenase system and thus the mitochondria, their localization in human skin is defined.
