IMMUNOLOGICAL CAPABILITIES OF PATIENTS WITH ATOPIC DERMATITIS
[摘要] Patients with atopic dermatitis produce normal circulating antibody titers to the primary VI antigen and to the Brucellln antigen. Immune globulin sequence is normal in patients with atopic dermatitis. Patients with atopic dermatitis are not as easily sensitized to DNCB [2,4 dinitrochlorobenzene] as are patients with other forms of eczema. Homograft rejection and skin responses to the intradermal injection of bacterial andmycellal antigens are normal in patients with atopic dermatitis. The normal atopic skin can be auto-grafted to a diseased site. The diseased atopic skin cannotbe easily auto-gralted to a normal skin site.
